Mornings: NOT UGH anymore!

By breathing deeply throughout your morning shower, you inhale the negative ions that running water emits.  These ions boost your mood and are just plain good for your well-being. In addition to that piece of great morning news, you can take a few extra minutes at the end of your shower to meditate on an affirmation to positively impact your day/your health.  At the same time, take a deep breath then exhale while slowing turning your face in the cascading water.  Do this a number of times in each direction.  This has the effect of “tapping” – a psychological acupressure technique for emotional health!  Good morning wonderful person!
