Principles of Parvisani

The guiding principles of Parvisani are love, peace, nonviolence, compassion,  and joy. Actions rendered with joy and love have a power that far transcends harmful deeds carried out with negative emotions or intent.

Run for public office – be the voice that reminds those currently in power that compromise is not a dirty word.

Ecologically

Parvisani is an awareness of our responsibility to care for the health of our home, the earth. It is a refusal to bury our heads in the sand, living obliviously to the consequences of our choices. It is about transforming our consumer mentality, our throwaway habits. We can no longer avoid or be apathetic to environmental issues.

How surprising is it, in today’s world, that a student who is bullied and attacked verbally and physically in school, would believe that taking revenge by grabbing a gun and shooting his perceived enemies is the way to resolve a conflict?

Spiritually

Parvisani is a commitment to reach a more loving state.  It is also an acceptance and a rejoicing in the spiritual beliefs of all people striving for a more loving spirit.  Parvisani acknowledges that other spiritual/religious beliefs come from as deep and as passionate an experience as one’s own. Since we are given free will by our creator, we cannot be so arrogant as to force our beliefs on others – even the creator will not do so! Our own spiritual/religious beliefs do not trump others’. We are humble enough to recognize that no organized religion has a monopoly on truth, that religion and spirituality do not always go hand in hand.  Parvisani acknowledges the importance of separation of church and state.

Resist the politics of fear.

Politically

Parvisani is a commitment to bring more feminine energy into our political systems.  Compromise is not a dirty word.

It means “God Bless All Nations.” Parvisani people acknowledge that the people of their own country are no more deserving of blessings, that their desires and their lives are no more valuable than those of people of any nation. Parvisani people know that their lifestyle choices should not take priority over the basic rights of others to a clean environment, shelter, food, access to health care … . Parvisani is about citizens of all nations insisting that their governments act humanely, ethically, and compassionately.

Socially

Parvisani is about nurturing and healing the broken, the sick, the despondent, the violent aspects of society.  It embraces simplicity and transforming ourselves from creations of the media, of the organization, of dogma back into creations of the universe.
